Isaac Frieze is the founder and CEO of Frico AI — a self-taught entrepreneur from Leeds, UK, with a track record of building and running businesses since the age of fifteen.

Frico AI is the latest and most ambitious in a line of ventures Isaac has built from the ground up. Before it, he ran a freelance web design and development business, building sites for independent brands across a range of industries — from hospitality to motorhome hire to sports coaching — each one designed, built, and delivered personally, end to end. He also built a local sales business installing NFC-powered Google review cards for independent businesses in Leeds, using it to sharpen his sales and negotiation skills before turning fully to Frico AI.

Frico AI itself is an AI receptionist platform for UK small businesses, combining conversational AI, calendar automation, and real-time booking so companies stop losing customers to missed calls. Isaac has built every part of it himself — the AI voice system, the backend automation, and the business behind it — while still studying in sixth form.

The long-term goal goes beyond the business. Isaac is building Frico AI into a genuine, scaled company — and using it as the platform to achieve financial independence early, support his family, and eventually give back by helping other young people get the start in business that's harder to find without one: mentoring first-time founders, backing early-stage ideas, and showing that age is not a barrier to building something real.
